I am very excited to be participating in the 10th annual Braveheart Bike Ride!

100% of the money raised will benefit Camp Sunshine, a beautiful camp in Casco Maine that provides week-long retreats to children with life-threatening illnesses, and their families.

As an avid cyclist, and friend of friends of Dylan Connelly, my husband and I did our first Bravehearts ride in 2015. The mission, to support innovative medicines and memorable experiences for families facing devastating illnesses, immediately resonated with us. Our toddler, Philip, had recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor and underwent two brain surgeries. His future was uncertain. We dedicated our team and ride to him. We were and continue to be "Team Happy Little Man"!! If you are interested in cycling, consider joining our team for this fun and challenging ride. 

Fast forward seven years and Philip is doing great! We know how lucky we are and are thankful every day for the outcome. We also know that not all families are so lucky and many children are facing serious illness. Camp Sunshine offers comfort, hope and support! Raising money for this charity is one small way we can honor Philip and help other families.
